Sometimes we get an item that isn’t exactly what we were expecting, and returning the item is the best process to follow. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Solo Stove product, most items can be returned to Solo Stove for a refund.

Through the Self-Service Return Portal, your return will be authorized and a free prepaid return label will be issued. Return the order to Solo Stove within 30 days of the date the order was shipped and a full refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

Solo Stove allows items to be returned for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase. There are restrictions to their return policy including items that were bought from third-party retailers. Most returns in 2022 will take between one to two weeks to get processed from Solo Stove.

Solo Stove will provide a prepaid return label so that the customer can ship the item back free of charge. This applies if the item was shipped within the lower 48 states or the contiguous United States.

How Can You Return Items To Solo Stove?

Items can be returned to Solo Stove through the Self-Service Return Portal. Here you will fill in your information to start the return, such as your name, the product you are returning, your order number, and billing zip code.

Once your order has been found and the return authorized, Solo Stove will provide a free prepaid shipping label. Place the label on the outside of the box that the product was originally shipped in.

Take the box to a location that accepts UPS packages, and they will ship your return to Solo Stove. Once Solo Stove receives the returned item, a refund will start to be processed.

Are There Any Restrictions To Returning Items?

Solo Stove only accepts returns of products purchased from their official website and does not accept returns from any third-party distributors. Not all returns can be completed using the Self-Service Return Portal, as some items are not eligible.

  • Items are only eligible for return if the product was shipped within the contiguous United States.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days for a free refund. After 30 days customers are responsible for shipping costs for the return. If the item has not been burned or used after 30 days, Solo Stove can offer store credit only.
  • Solo Stove only accepts returns from products published from the official site, not from third-party retailers.

How Long Do Returns Take?

Once Solo Stove has received the item they will process the refund as soon as it is processed through the system. It usually takes around one week for a return to be processed.

You will receive a confirmation email that your refund has been processed.

Can I Cancel An Order?

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it or return it before it has arrived to you, contact Solo Stove to find out if your order has been shipped and whether you can cancel the order.

Orders can take up to 15 minutes to be processed in the system, so it may not show up straight away.

Solo Stove warranty claims are only applicable for the U.S and Canada. Any countries outside of this area are not eligible for a refund or warranty as international orders are final.
